David Luiz celebrates Chelsea's opening goal
Luiz breaks the deadlock for Chelsea on 78 minutes with a fine header

Chelsea leap-frogged lacklustre Manchester City to grab third spot with two late goals securing a deserved win.
Missing injured Carlos Tevez, City rarely threatened, although Yaya Toure had a shot saved by keeper Peter Cech.
Helped by Salomon Kalou's artistry, the hosts surged forward after the break and defender David Luiz nodded in the crucial opener with 12 minutes left.
The best was yet to come as Ramires danced his way through the defence in injury time to score a stunning second.

More to follow.
