'Drunk' deer forces driver into a ditch

The bumbling creature is presumed to have enjoyed a little too much of spring bud's potent brew.
 In the summer, deer in northern France snack on an intoxicating treat -- spring buds -- causing them to get a little loopy. One such stumbling and disoriented deer disrupted traffic, forcing an unsuspecting driver into a ditch. Plus, a petition from the National Republican Congressional Committee ran into some trouble with internet pranksters.
